Can I coach any of my players from the end of the season to May 31?

Yes and NO,You are allowed to do individual work with up to 4 players beginning 28 days after your last contest until August 1 and it will not count against your TEN days of instruction. However, you can't have more than 4 at the field. For example, you can't conduct an open gym and pull four players aside  to work with them.

What are the coaching rules from June 1 - July 31?

Staff can only coach their players 10 days during this time. There are no day limitations on conditioning.
